George's Music Center
For Plainville families and players.
Plainville's Route 10 runs north into Farmington, where Route 4 takes over. Follow it west the rest of the way and you'll pull into the plaza about 35 minutes after you left.
Got a guitar that buzzes, slips out of tune or plays too high? Jerry, our guitar and amp tech, sorts that out on the bench here, from a basic setup to fret work and new pickups.
The strings wall covers electric, acoustic, bass and classical sets from D'Addario, Ernie Ball, GHS and Elixir, plus strings for banjo, mandolin and ukulele.
Buying instead of fixing? A new guitar from our wall leaves with a free setup, so it plays right on day one.
