Rental questions

How does rent-to-own work?

You rent the instrument monthly, and your rental payments count toward buying it. When it is paid off, your family owns it.

What if the instrument gets damaged?

Bring it in. Our repair team services band and orchestra instruments, and we will tell you what it needs. What the rental covers is in the agreement you see when you sign up.

Can we return it, or switch instruments?

Call the store and we will go over your options. The details are in the rental agreement you see when you sign up.

What happens when it is paid off?

It is yours to keep. Many students step up to a better instrument in middle or high school, and we can help with that too.

Do you have the school method books?

Yes. We stock the method books local school programs use, plus music stands, cleaning kits, reeds, oils, straps and accessories.

How do I pay?

Monthly payments are set up through the online rental program when you sign up. Call the store if you want help with it.
