How bass lessons work.

The bass holds the band together, and good bass players get asked to play. Lessons at George's are private, 30 minutes a week, in a quiet room on the lower level, with a plan built around your goals.

Electric basses and bass amps are on the floor upstairs. If you already own a bass that's hard to play, the repair bench can set it up so it plays right before your first lesson.

Teachers: Billy Kotsaftis and Justin Dalland.

Bass lesson questions

Can I switch from guitar to bass?

Yes. Plenty of players do. Your teacher starts from what you already know and fills in what's different.

Do I need an amp to start?

It helps for practice at home. Ask in the store and we'll point you to what fits your space.
