George's Music Center
For New Fairfield families and players.
From New Fairfield, take Route 37 to Route 7 north, then Route 202 into Torrington, an hour's drive to George's Music Center.
Drummers can sit down at a Tama or Ludwig kit and try Zildjian, Sabian and Meinl cymbals before deciding.
Guitar players get the wall and the amp row, and the pedal case at the counter holds BOSS, Electro-Harmonix and Catalinbread.
If the model you want isn't on the wall, ask about ordering it, so the trip isn't wasted.
